The aim of this guide is to provide general instructions on making a deposit via AstroPay and making sure that the user follows the steps to ensure the payment is successfully completed. The steps for this payment method have been outlined below:

Enter the amount you want to deposit and then click on the "Continue" button, please make sure the amount deposited is greater than the minimum amount required. You can refer to the image below for further clarification.

You will then be re-directed to AstroPay's payment page whereby, you will have to confirm details such as your requested amount and phone number. After providing the phone number, click on the "Continue" button as shown in the image below.

You will then be sent an OTP code to the phone number you have provided, once you provide this code click on the "Continue" button.

You will then be re-directed to the payment wallet options. Select your preferred method as shown in the image below.

Then follow the steps accordingly and then wait a few minutes after the deposit is processed and you are given the prompt that the deposit has completed. This could usually take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

You can then check your Parimatch account balance to confirm if the funds have been received.
