How to Check Transaction Status?

  1. Login to Your Betting Account: Start by logging into your betting account using your credentials.

  2. Go to Your Personal Account Page: Click on the top right icon as shown below.

  3. Navigate to Payment History: Look for the 'Payment History' found in the menu.

  4. Check Transaction Status: Locate the specific transaction and check its status.

Deposit

  • Declined status: There may be several reasons that may stop you from making a deposit to your account.

    • Contact your rightful payment system if the problem persists.

  • In-processing Status: Sometimes it may happen due to network error or not activating your transaction.

    • These delays may take 1-5 hours, if the timeframe passes then contact support.

  • Completed Status: the funds should be successfully credited to the main balance of the betting account.

Withdrawal

  • Declined status: there may be several reasons that may affect withdrawing from your account, please consider the following;

    • Use 70% of the last deposit you made. (Or contact support to get 5% deducted as commission to withdraw the rest amount).

    • Withdrawal via the selected system isn’t available.

    • Your account may have a payout limit.

    • Active Bonus: An active bonus may not allow you to request a withdrawal.

    • Pass Verification: you can only withdraw up to Rs. 7,500 without verification.

  • Canceled status: This could be due to the payment system or technical errors. (Your funds should be returned back to your account's main balance)


  • Completed Status: Funds have successfully debited from your betting account.
