It is great news to hear that you have decided to unblock your Parimatch Account!
Things to know before unblocking your account:
Permanent Block: If you permanently blocked your account, it can never be unblocked.
Temporary Block: If you temporarily blocked your account, you must have set a specific time for it to stay blocked. Your account will only be unblocked once that time is up. For example, if you blocked your account for 6 months, you can only unblock it after 6 months.
Self-Exclusion: If you blocked your account through self-exclusion, it cannot be unblocked.
How to unblock a temporary account:
If your account is temporarily blocked and the time period is over, you can unblock it easily. Just contact us via live chat or email at support@parimatch.in with the following details:
Your Parimatch Account Number (9-digit ID found in your profile)
A clear reason for why you want to unblock your account.
Email must be sent from the email address which you entered when you registered the gaming account. After you have submitted the aforementioned details, one of our support team members will contact you via the same email once the process is completed.
IMPORTANT: If you request to unblock your account, then you will not be able to block the account again for a period of 90 days from the date of unblock.
