While we are sad to hear that you may have decided to block your account, it is also understandable that certain circumstances may lead to this decision (such as financial restrictions). In such cases we provide an option for clients to temporarily block their Parimatch Account.
In order to block your Parimatch account, please write an email to support@parimatch.in, indicating the following details:
Your first and last name.
Your betting account number.
Photo of your passport or Aadhar Card with a piece of paper near with handwritten "For Parimatch" and the current date of your request. You can refer to the images attached at the end of this article for further clarification.
Reason why would you like to block your account per request.
Email must be sent from the email address which you entered when you registered the gaming account. After you have submitted the aforementioned details, one of our support team members will contact you via the same email once the process is completed.
IMPORTANT: The client can block the account once every 90 days and the balance on the gaming account has to be zeroed.
